On 28th November 2025, Fine Arts students of Class XI from Sparsh International School visited the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art (KNMA), Saket, for an enriching and inspiring encounter with contemporary art. Before departure, our Principal, Ms. Jyoti Rana, addressed the students and highlighted the vision and educational intent behind the visit. She encourages students to explore creativity with an open and inquisitive mind.
At KNMA, students explored three compelling exhibitions. ‘jo gāyab hai, aur hāzir bhi’ presented Saba Hasan’s evocative book sculptures curated by Neha ‘Zooni’ Tickoo, prompting thoughtful insights into memory, identity, and transformation. The exhibition ‘Extraordinary Line’, curated by Avijna Bhattacharya, celebrated the expressive potential of lines and introduced students to innovative forms of mark-making. The final exhibition, ‘please touch gently’, part of the Young Artists of Our Times series, showcased zines, comics, and experimental visual narratives curated by Aqui Thami, Bharath Murthy, and Himanshu S.
The visit expanded students’ creative perspectives, enhanced artistic sensitivity, and strengthened their appreciation for contemporary art.
