In this spirit, Sparsh International School, Greater Noida, hosted a dynamic Visioning Workshop led by Principal Ms. Jyoti Rana, designed to guide participants on a journey from raw imagination to collective clarity—transforming individual insights into a unified roadmap that supports the institution’s progress.
The session commenced with a warm welcome to the esteemed guests—Dr. Amit Saxena, CEO, Sparsh Group of Institutions, Dr. Monika Randhawa, COE, Sparsh Group of Institutions—along with all attendees. This was followed by the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony symbolizing knowledge and enlightenment, and the felicitation of the dignitaries.
The formal proceedings were initiated by Principal Ms. Jyoti Rana, who opened the workshop with a stimulating brainstorming activity. This served as an effective icebreaker and helped reinforce the team’s understanding of the Vision, Mission, and Ethos of the school.
The workshop went far beyond discussion, offering a space for exploration, reflection, and collaboration & engaging the participants in Group activities and reflective tasks, Interactive vision-building exercises, Goal-setting exercise and Strategic planning discussions.
The session saw vibrant and enthusiastic involvement from the entire staff community, offering fresh perspectives and creative ideas. The workshop ultimately fostered a sense of unity and purpose—enabling the team to align their collective energy toward shaping a future where Sparsh International School continues to thrive, inspire, and lead.
