The 19th National Jamboree, organized by the Bharat Scouts and Guides to mark their 75th Diamond Jubilee year, was held from 23–29 November 2025 at the Defence Expo Ground, Vrindavan Yojana, Lucknow. It was a historic event, as Lucknow hosted the Jamboree after 61 years. Over 33,000 Scouts, Guides, Rovers and Rangers from across India and several Asia-Pacific countries, including Nepal, Sri Lanka and Maldives, participated in the mega gathering. The theme of the Jamboree was “Viksit Yuva, Viksit Bharat.” Students took part in a range of activities such as the pageant show, Skill-O-Rama, the Food Plaza, and various adventure events like rappelling and sky cycling. They also visited the Army camp, where they saw live guns, tanks, and other military equipment. The Jamboree was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Yogi Adityanath, and the honourable Governor, Ms. Anandiben Patel, graced the occasion. The President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, attended the closing ceremony. It was an enriching and unforgettable experience filled with adventure, learning, and leadership.
