Sparsh International School, Greater Noida celebrated the 77th Republic Day of India with great enthusiasm, patriotism, and a deep sense of national pride. The school campus was beautifully decorated with tricolour themes, welcome boards, cards, and creative décor prepared by the Art Department, creating a festive and dignified atmosphere.
The programme commenced with the warm welcome of guests, followed by Tilak and badge ceremony performed by the pre-primary students, which added a touch of innocence and cultural richness to the event. Guests and parents were courteously ushered to their seats by the staff members, ensuring smooth coordination. The highlight of the celebration was the unfurling of the National Flag, which was graciously done by Mr. Arun Kedia, President, Sparsh Universe, along with Ms. Jyoti Rana, Principal, Sparsh International School. As the tricolour fluttered high, the entire gathering stood in respect and sang the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with patriotic fervour.
This was followed by a well-coordinated march past and flag hoisting ceremony, showcasing discipline and unity. The programme was confidently anchored, keeping the audience engaged throughout. A thought-provoking speech by the Principal, Ms. Jyoti Rana, highlighted the significance of Republic Day, the values enshrined in the Constitution, and the responsibility of young citizens in building a strong and progressive nation. Her words inspired students to uphold the ideals of democracy, unity, and integrity.
The cultural segment added colour and vibrancy to the celebration. Students mesmerized the audience with patriotic dances by junior and senior students, reflecting the spirit of freedom and unity. A soulful group song further elevated the patriotic mood and was warmly appreciated by all present. The programme concluded on a proud and joyful note, leaving everyone with a renewed sense of respect for the nation and gratitude towards the freedom fighters.
