Kaleidoscope Making

The young learners of Sparsh International School immersed themselves in a world of colours, reflections, and imagination during the Discovery Hour – Kaleidoscope Making Activity. The session aimed to nurture creativity and curiosity while helping students understand the fascinating concept of light and reflection.

Using simple materials, the children enthusiastically designed their own kaleidoscopes and observed how mirrors and coloured bits created beautiful, ever-changing patterns. The joy on their faces as they watched the magical designs unfold was truly heartwarming. Through this hands-on learning experience, students connected science with art, discovering how creativity can make learning both meaningful and fun.

The activity encouraged students to think innovatively, explore scientific principles in a playful manner, and appreciate the beauty of symmetry and design. It also enhanced their fine motor skills, concentration, and observation abilities, making it a perfect blend of learning and enjoyment.
