“Great businesses grow by listening to their customers.” ✨
In the Grade 2 EFK (Entrepreneurship for Kids) session, students participated in an engaging Customer Feedback Activity through a lively restaurant role play. The young learners beautifully enacted the roles of restaurant owners, staff, and customers, understanding the importance of service, communication, and most importantly, listening to customer feedback.
Through this hands-on activity, children learned how businesses improve when they value customers’ opinions. The role play helped them develop confidence, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and polite conversation. Students thoughtfully asked for feedback, noted suggestions, and discussed how they could improve their “restaurant service.”
The classroom transformed into a vibrant learning space filled with creativity, enthusiasm, and real-life learning experiences. The activity perfectly reflected the spirit of EFK by combining fun with meaningful learning.
Principal Ma’am Ms. Jyoti Rana appreciated the students for their confident performances and understanding of the concept, encouraging them to always be attentive listeners and thoughtful problem solvers.
A wonderful step towards nurturing young entrepreneurs and responsible learners! 🌟
