“Science begins with curiosity, and curiosity begins with a simple question—‘Why?’”
Our young innovators explored this spirit of inquiry during the Discovery Hour Activity, where they created their very own Paper Cup Telephones. This hands-on experiment helped students understand how sound travels through vibrations, turning a simple classroom activity into an exciting scientific discovery.
With eager smiles and active participation, children worked in pairs, tested their telephones, and observed how sound moves from one cup to another through a tightly stretched string. The joy on their faces as they heard each other’s voices was a perfect blend of learning and wonder.
This engaging activity not only strengthened their scientific understanding but also encouraged teamwork, communication, and problem-solving—core skills that form the foundation of experiential learning.
