Children’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy across the school. The day began with a Special Assembly presented by the teachers, who put up lively performances to make the occasion memorable for the students. Their efforts brought smiles to every child’s face and set a cheerful tone for the day.
Students of Classes 3 to 5 came dressed in colourful civil attire, adding vibrance and excitement to the celebrations.
Inside the classrooms, a variety of fun games were organised, ensuring every student participated and enjoyed to the fullest. A Talent Hunt was also conducted, giving students a platform to showcase their abilities in singing, dancing, acting, and other creative areas. The young performers displayed great confidence and enthusiasm.
As part of the Interact Club initiative, students visited the GOONJ Foundation to donate essential items under the campaign Parwah Apno Ki, spreading the message of care, empathy, and social responsibility.
To enrich the students’ understanding of the day, a movie screening on Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was organised. Class teachers also discussed the significance of Children’s Day, highlighting Chacha Nehru’s love for children and his vision for their education and well-being.
Additionally, a Career Counselling Workshop was organised for Grades 11 and 12, guiding senior students about various career pathways, educational opportunities, and future planning. The session proved highly engaging and informative for the learners.
